This is a bellows (accordion, pleated) made from expandable components that utilizes expansion, spring properties, and airtightness to be used as a shaft seal or airtight sealing material. 【Features】 ● The plate thickness is thin, and it can be manufactured from 0.11 to 0.5 mm. ● The diameter can be produced from 9.5 to 850 mm. ● It is soft, highly elastic, has a low spring constant, and has a long lifespan. ● For roll forming, diameters from 32φ to 850φ can be manufactured to your desired dimensions in 1 mm increments, with no mold costs. ● Multi-layer bellows (2-layer, 3-layer, 4-layer structures) can also be produced, allowing for high pressure use with the same expansion amount as single-layer types. ● It can be manufactured from special materials, so we can respond to various requests. ● We also accommodate orders for supplied fittings, small lots, and short delivery times. ● For the production of high-pressure gas equipment that meets the High-Pressure Gas Safety Act testing standards, please leave it to us.
